Ready for greatness

One of the things that I've learned as an entrepreneur is that..... PRODUCTIVITY IS EVERYTHING. I obsess over it. From my desk setup, to how my hard rives are organized.... To the point where I wake up and wear joggers and a white t-shirt everyday so I don't have to waste time deciding what to wear. Every single person in this world has the exact same 24 hours in a day, but for some reason it seems some get so much more done. I recently left my job at T-mobile a few weeks ago, and the thing that i will miss the most outside of my coworkers ,will be the ability to interact with a lot of small business owners. Every time I encountered another entrepreneur I would ask the question "What do you think is the thing that has made your business successful?" I can't even tell you how many times I would hear "Making the best use of your time".  After I noticed the common denominator between all the business owners, I went back to the drawing board to improve on my approach to being a successful business owner. One thing that has been exponential in my growth is planning my day the night before. This picture was taken on a Saturday night in Starbucks... I took about an hour just to write down all of the things that I want to accomplish throughout the week.  When Sunday hits, I refer back to that list and pull form it the tasks that I want to tackle at the start of the week. I am still refining the process of tracking my progress throughout the week {More on that later though}. I want to be great in every facet of my life, so being responsible with my time affords me the opportunity to improve in all those other areas. From the moment I open my eyes, until the time I fall asleep, I want to maximize every single second of my day.
